What does “Authority to leave” mean?

It is always best to have deliveries done when the recipient or someone at the address is available. Balloons are sensitive to weather (high temps / direct sunlight) and leaving goods outside may directly effect the balloons.

If you choose YES then your gift will be left at the address in the event that no one is home at the delivery time.  DO NOT CHOOSE YES IF THE RECIPIENT IS IN A UNIT OR A SECURITY BLOCK WITH RESTRICTED ACCESS.

If you choose NO and your recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact them. If they are unable to give authority for gift to be left, a re-delivery fee will apply dependent on location and times requested up to $50. This re-delivery fee is the responsibility of the purchaser, not the recipient. If the purchaser does not wish to pay these additional fees we will be unable to set a re-delivery time.

What is your cut off time for same day delivery?

All orders for same day delivery must be placed by:
Business and Commercial addresses: 10.30am (Monday – Saturday) . Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the following business day.
Residential and Hospital addresses:  12pm (Monday – Saturday). Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day.
Orders placed after cut off times on Saturday or on Sundays will be dispatched on for delivery on Monday.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes we do!  We must have full patient details including ward and bed numbers to complete these deliveries.

If I order more than one item are they all wrapped together?

Yes! We always package up the gifts together unless you make a specific request on the order to separate them however we can only deliver to 1 address for each order placed.

Can I remain anonymous with my gift?

Of course you can remain anonymous. We will only ever include the exact text that you have added to your gift message information and due to our very strict privacy policy we will never give personal details out if someone rings up asking who sent goods.

Can I place advanced orders for delivery on Valentine’s Day?

Yes! in fact we recommend ordering early. It is the busiest day of the year for us so to ensure you get the gift you want and we can schedule it in we would love you to place advanced orders.
